Refunds, Cancellations & Production Policy
At Morbid Monstrosities, LLC, each prop is made-to-order and crafted by hand. Because of the custom nature of our work, we maintain the following policies to ensure clarity and fairness for all clients:
No Cancellations or Refunds Once Production Begins
By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges that once a project has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. Time, materials, and labor are committed immediately upon production start.
Artistic Variations
All of our pieces are handmade, and slight variations are a natural part of the process. Final items may differ subtly from prototype or listing photos, including (but not limited to) paint details, coloration, textures, hair, or costume elements. While we make every effort to closely match the product as shown, exact duplication is not guaranteed.
Final Payment & Order Completion
Once an item is completed, the buyer will be notified and issued a shipping invoice. The buyer has 30 days from the date of notification to submit full payment.
If payment is not received within this timeframe:

The order may be considered abandoned

The item may be resold or redistributed at our discretion

Any future order requests will need to be placed as a new order and are subject to approval and current production timelines
